Edward Robinson
Eddie is an award-winning writer and editor with 25 years of experience in business and finance journalism. Steeped in long-form storytelling, Eddie wrote for Fortune magazine, the legendary Time Inc title, in the late 1990s before opening the New York bureau for Business 2.0 magazine in 2000.

After joining Bloomberg Markets magazine as a senior writer, Eddie reported on Wall Street during the post-9/11 recovery and wrote cover stories on George Soros, Jamie Dimon, Carlos Slim, and other newsmakers in finance.

Posted to Bloomberg News’ San Francisco bureau, Eddie interviewed Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on his climate change agenda and wrote about Hollywood, venture capital, and the rise of Web 2.0 stalwarts such as Facebook and LinkedIn.

From 2012 to 2021, Robinson was stationed in London and wrote cover stories in global banks such as Barclays, PNG Paribas, and Santander. He also reported on Brexit, the European sovereign debt crisis, and the rise of fintech and cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin. His 2015 cover story for Bloomberg Markets on Wall Street legend Blythe Masters’ embrace of blockchain technology went viral in the finance industry.
In 2021, Robinson founded Tierra Media Limited, a content studio that writes and edits journalism articles, research reports, company communications, and a forthcoming book project on ESG for Nuveen, the US asset management company, to be published by Palgrave Macmillan.
